Timber Ridge Preparatory School For Girls was behavior modification program marketed as a boarding school.

The program had 4 levels. All levels ended with a workshop. A key component was the use of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) <ref name=p/>.

The 4 levels were named:

  • Awareness and Acceptance
  • Determination
  • Vision
  • Empowerment

A level was calculated to last 3 months, but it depended off how much progress the staff member made the girl and the parents believe , the teenager had achieved.
