The target group is male youth aged between 13 and 18.

The can detain 10 youth at the time. The minimum stay is 90 days.

Program structure

They offer 3 types of program

• The REACH program is a normal residential wilderness program
• The DARE program is described as a "Youth in Custody" program
• The ACHIEVE program is both a 21 day wilderness program for youth at risk and also a community based program.
