Piedmont Behavioral Health Center, LLC was a behavior modification facility located on 42009 Victory Lane, Leesburg, Virginia. Today the building is owned by North Spring Behavioral Healthcare, which run a number of program aimed at teenagers.

It was run by Mike Beavers, who also are mentioned in relationship with the now closed Ashby Academy

It is disputed whether the facility was closed in 2004 and continued to operate under the name Whisper Ridge by new owners <ref name="court">the Matter of a Mail Dispute Between MICHAEL W. BEAVERS and MICHELLE SOUERS, P.S. Docket No. MD 04-114, September 10, 2004</Ref>

The present owner and the new owners ended up in court over a mail dispute <ref name=court/>
